Answer: You simply need to wait a few hours. Our platform will automatically begin scanning your followers. To expedite the process, you can click on "Backup Now" or "Scan Now" in the home section, and the information should update automatically.
Question: Why does it show that I have fewer bots than I actually do?
Answer: Unfortunately, we don't have complete access to your followers list due to platform restrictions, which is why it takes time to scan all your followers. Additionally, as we continuously scan new followers, it may take some time to fully capture the extent of bots in your account. However, rest assured, we are scanning your followers 24/7 on a daily basis to identify and address all bots.
