Spikerz connects to your account via the official APIs of the platforms. These processes are verified by the platforms to ensure that no unwanted data is transferred to Spikerz.

Important: We will never ask for your password! If you see a pop-up asking you to connect to your account, it is the official connection page of the social platform. Rest assured, any data you enter there is not transferred to us.

As of today, we support the connection through 4 platforms:

- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- TikTok

Step 1: choose the platform you want to protect. 

You have two options for connecting your Instagram account:

Connect with Instagram Business: This is ideal if you are an influencer or a business and your account is linked to your Business Manager or Business Center on Meta. Choose this option for added value and features.

Connect with Instagram: If your Instagram account is private, simply connect your account using this option.

On TikTok, You can just connect your TikTok account in one click. 

To connect with Facebook, you have two options:

Connect with Facebook Pages: Connect one of your pages on Facebook. Please do not select more than one page.

Connect with Facebook: Connect your personal Facebook profile.

Connect your YouTube account via the official API.

All you need to do is to add your email address and phone number.

The reason we are asking for these details is to see whether you have information associated with this email or phone number that leaked and can risk your social account for being hacked. 

We will ask you few question to asses your account risk and recommend you on doing following steps to improve your account safety.
