Need help or found a problem? Open a ticket from the support chat inside Spikerz, and follow it until it's resolved.
Step 1: Open the support chat
Computer: click the ? icon in the top-right corner → Contact us.
Phone: open the main menu → Support → Contact us.
In the chat, select Send us a message.
Step 2: Pick the right ticket type
Type | Use it when… | You'll be asked for |
🐞 Report a bug | Something in Spikerz isn't working: an error, missing data, or a feature not behaving as expected. | Title, what you did and what happened, workspace name, impact (Minor / Major), affected platforms |
🔗 Integration / connection issue | A social account won't connect, got disconnected, or shows a permissions error. | Title, description, workspace name, the account (handle or link), affected platforms |
💡 Feature request | You have an idea or improvement you'd like to see in Spikerz. | Title, what you're trying to achieve, workspace name |
💬 Anything else | A question about a screen, a setting, or your plan. | Just write your message |
Step 3: Submit the ticket
Submit the form. The ticket appears in the chat with the status Submitted and a ticket ID.
Drag a screenshot or screen recording into the conversation at any time to add it to the ticket.
⚠️ Never share passwords, two-factor codes, or backup codes in the chat. Spikerz support will never ask for them.
Step 4: Track your tickets
Every update is posted in the ticket and sent to you by email. The status moves from Submitted → In progress → Resolved. If we need more information from you, it shows Waiting on customer. Reply in the ticket to add details or to reopen it if the problem comes back.
In the chat
Open the support chat → Messages tab. Your conversations and tickets are listed, newest first.
In the customer portal (desktop)
The customer portal shows all your tickets in one table. To open it:
In the chat, go to Messages → Go to customer portal, or
Go to help.spikerz.com/tickets
🔒 You must be signed in to Spikerz to open help.spikerz.com/tickets. If you aren't, you'll be asked to sign in first. Use the same browser where you use Spikerz.
For each ticket you'll see its ID, title, type, who created it, dates, status, and the Spikerz teammate handling it. Search by ticket ID or text, filter by type or workspace, and select a ticket to read its full history and reply.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the same details.
