Spikerz Aggregation Mode Guide

A centralized interface for monitoring alerts, managing accounts, and overseeing social media security across all connected assets.

Written by Ron Storfer

Product Guide

Spikerz Aggregation Mode centralizes monitoring and management across all connected social media assets. Instead of reviewing each account separately, aggregation mode provides a unified interface for alerts, security indicators, comments, impersonators, and account protection status.

This guide explains the main sections available in aggregation mode and how each area supports centralized social media security management.

Overview

The Overview dashboard aggregates security and activity signals from all connected accounts into a single view. It provides a real-time operational snapshot of the security posture across all monitored social media assets.

This centralized dashboard enables security teams and administrators to quickly identify risks, monitor protection coverage, and access detailed information for each alert or protection status.

Key Capabilities

Unified Alert Dashboard
All alerts generated across connected social media accounts are aggregated into a single location. Each alert links directly to the relevant section of the platform for further investigation and action.

Security Coverage Visibility
The dashboard provides immediate insight into which security mechanisms have been implemented across the organization’s social media assets and which protections still require configuration.

Security Indicators Displayed

Account Lockout
Displays the number of accounts that have implemented the automated lockout protection mechanism, which helps prevent unauthorized access attempts.

Secured Email
Indicates how many accounts are protected using a Spikerz secured email address for account recovery and communication.

Secured Phone
Shows how many accounts use a Spikerz secured phone number as part of the account protection framework.

Authenticator (Two-Factor Authentication)
Displays the number of accounts that have activated two-factor authentication through the Spikerz authenticator system, strengthening login security.

Employee Protection Implementation
Provides visibility into how many employees responsible for managing social media assets have implemented the recommended security protections.

Manage All Accounts

The All Accounts section provides centralized visibility and management of every social media account connected to the platform.

Features

Unified Account List
All connected accounts are displayed in a single interface regardless of platform or asset type.

Connection Status Monitoring
Accounts are clearly labeled based on their connection status (active, disconnected, or still scanning).

Reconnection Management
Disconnected accounts can be reconnected directly from this interface without navigating to individual asset pages.

This section simplifies account management for organizations handling multiple brands, profiles, or platforms simultaneously.

Alerts

The Alerts section consolidates notifications from all connected accounts into a single monitoring environment.

Key Capabilities

Centralized Alert Monitoring
All alerts generated by Spikerz protection systems appear in one unified feed.

Advanced Filtering
Alerts can be filtered based on several parameters, including:

  • Platform

  • Asset or account

  • Date range

  • Alert type

Search Functionality
Specific alerts or accounts can be located quickly using the search bar.

Each alert entry contains contextual information and provides direct access to the relevant page where remediation actions can be performed.

Comment Management

The Comment Management section aggregates comments from connected social media platforms into a centralized moderation interface.

Capabilities

Unified Comment Feed
All comments detected across connected accounts appear within a single moderation environment.

Cross-Account Context
Each comment includes information about the account and asset where it was posted.

Moderation Actions
Available actions include standard moderation workflows such as reviewing, deleting, hiding, or responding to comments.

Platform-Specific Controls
Certain actions may depend on permissions or limitations defined by the individual social media platform.

This section significantly simplifies large-scale comment moderation across multiple brands or profiles.

Impersonator Monitoring

The Impersonators section provides centralized visibility into impersonation attempts across all monitored social media assets.

Key Capabilities

Global Impersonator Overview
Displays the total number of impersonator accounts detected across all connected assets.

Manual Impersonator Reporting
Additional impersonators can be submitted directly from this interface without navigating to individual account pages.

Detailed Impersonator Data
Each impersonator entry includes important context such as:

  • Current status

  • Severity level

  • Follower count

  • Targeted asset being impersonated

  • Date detected

  • Removal status

This centralized monitoring helps security teams quickly assess impersonation threats across their entire social media presence.

Account Protection

The Account Protection section provides a detailed overview of security configurations applied across all connected accounts.

Security Status Overview

This interface displays which protection mechanisms have been implemented for each asset.

Examples include:

  • Two-factor authentication

  • Backup codes

  • Secured email implementation

  • Secured phone number

  • Lockout protection

Each security control is marked with a status indicator:

Active – The protection mechanism is implemented and operational.
Inactive – The protection has not yet been configured for the account.

Direct Account Access

Each asset includes a Details option that links directly to the individual account protection page, allowing further configuration or investigation.

Advanced Filtering

Security status can be filtered using multiple parameters such as:

  • Platform

  • Asset

  • Two-factor authentication status

  • Email security

  • Phone security

  • Lockout protection

This section helps maintain consistent security coverage across all managed assets.

Settings

Settings remain managed at the individual account level.

Due to platform-specific configurations and varying operational requirements, configuration settings are maintained within each asset’s dedicated settings page rather than through a global settings interface.

Access to these settings can be reached by selecting the relevant account and navigating to its configuration panel.
