Overview

Filters help you quickly find, review, and manage comments more efficiently across your social media accounts.

Instead of scrolling through thousands of comments, you can narrow down exactly what you’re looking for—whether it’s a specific language, sentiment, alert type, or status.

How filters work

Click Filter at the top of the comments table to open the list of available filters.
Each filter lets you refine comments based on a specific attribute.

Available filters include:

  • Status

  • Alert type

  • Assignee

  • Sentiment

  • Tag

  • AI topic

  • Date posted

  • Commenter name

  • Commenter type

  • Language

  • Promoted ad

Selecting filter values

After choosing a filter, you can:

  • Select one or multiple values

  • Search within the list to quickly find what you need

Example:
You can filter comments by Language and select Spanish, Portuguese, or any other language you want to review.

Changing filter logic (equals / not equals)

For most filters, you can change how the filter behaves.

You can switch between:

  • is / is any of → include matching results

  • is not → exclude matching results

This allows you to:

  • Show only comments that match certain conditions

  • Hide comments you don’t want to see

Example:
Show all comments that are not in English.

Using multiple filters (AND logic)

You can apply multiple filters at the same time.

When you use more than one filter, the logic between filters is AND.

This means:

All filter conditions must be true for a comment to appear.

Example:

  • Language is Spanish

  • Sentiment is Negative

Only comments that match both conditions will be shown.

Multiple values inside one filter (OR logic)

When you select multiple values within the same filter, the logic is OR.

This means:

A comment only needs to match one of the selected values.

Example:

  • Language is Spanish or Portuguese

Comments in either language will appear.

Clearing filters

To remove filters:

  • Click the × next to a specific filter to remove it

  • Or click Clear to reset all filters at once

This instantly returns you to the full comments view.

Why use filters?

Filters help you:

  • Review alerts faster

  • Focus on high-risk or high-priority comments

  • Moderate comments by language or sentiment

  • Manage large volumes of comments with precision

They’re designed to save time and give you full control over what you see—and what you act on.
