How to find (or reset) your social media password
To activate Spikerz protection, we sometimes ask you to confirm the current password for the social account you’re connecting.
Most social platforms don’t show your existing password for security reasons. If you don’t know it, you’ll need to reset it and then use the new one in Spikerz.
Before you start (quick checks)
Make sure you’re logged into the right account (especially if you manage multiple pages/profiles).
If you normally log in with Google / Apple / Facebook / SSO, you may not have a password set. In that case, create one by doing a password reset (steps below).
If your device uses a password manager (iCloud Keychain / Google Password Manager / 1Password), you might be able to view a saved password there.

Common issues (and quick fixes)
“I log in with Google/Apple/Facebook — I don’t have a password”
That’s normal. Use the platform’s Forgot password / Reset password flow to create a password, then use it in Spikerz.
“I’m already logged in — can I see the password?”
Most platforms won’t display it. Your best option is:
Use Change password (if you know it), or
Use Reset password (if you don’t)
“I manage a business page—do I need the page password?”
No. Passwords are for the user account (your personal login), not the page itself.
Final step
After you update/reset your password:
Log into the social platform once using the new password (to confirm it works)
Come back to Spikerz and enter that password in the “Current password” field
