Overview
Spikerz allows you to work with comments more easily by organizing them per post instead of viewing all comments in one continuous list.
In Post View, all comments are grouped under their related post. This makes it easier to review discussions, understand engagement, and focus on specific posts that require attention.
Each post includes its comments, engagement stats, sentiment analysis, and additional insights in one place.
What You Get in Post View
When Post View is enabled, you can see:
The post itself (image or video preview)
Full post caption
Publish date
Likes count
Total number of comments
Sentiment analysis based on the post’s comments
Alerts and review indicators
Comments grouped under the specific post
Access to the full comment thread
AI-generated summary of all comments under the post
This view helps you understand both the post context and the conversation happening around it.
Process
How to Switch to Post View
To view comments grouped by post:
Click the Display button
Open the Group by dropdown
Select Post
After selecting this option, comments will automatically be organized by post.
Filters Affect Your View
The filters shown above the page (such as All comments, Needs review, Alerts, and others) still apply in Post View.
Make sure you are using the correct filter, as it will affect which posts and comments are displayed.
Viewing a Specific Post
In Post View, you can quickly review each post and see:
When the post was published
Engagement stats such as likes and comments
Sentiment indicators
To view only the comments related to a specific post:
Click See thread, or
Click the arrow icon on the right side of the post
This will open the post page showing only the comments published under that post.
Post Details and AI Comment Summary
Inside the post page, you can see:
The full post caption
Sentiment analysis
Engagement stats
An AI-generated summary of all comments under the post
The AI summary helps you understand the main topics and themes appearing in the comments.
This process may take a few moments to complete.
Copy or Re-Summarize Comments
Click Copy to easily copy the AI-generated summary
If the summary was generated some time ago, click Re-summarize to generate a new summary that includes recent comments
