How to add admins and members to your workspace

  1. Tap the top-right profile icon and select "My Profile."

2. Tap on "Members" and then tap the "Invite" button.

3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite to the platform.

4. Choose the user’s role:

  • If you select "Admin", they will get full access to all social media accounts connected to the workspace.

  • If you select "Member", they will only get access to specific accounts that an Admin assigns.
    As an Admin, you’ll need to select which accounts they should have access to inside Spikerz

5. After assigning the necessary permissions, tap "Invite." An email invitation will be sent to the user.

How to change a user’s role

  1. Tap the “Admin” dropdown next to the user’s name.

2. Select “Member” to downgrade access, or “Admin” to upgrade it.

| When switching from Member to Admin, the user will automatically be granted full access to all connected accounts.

| When switching from Admin to Member, you’ll be prompted to select specific accounts for them.

How to manage account access for Members

  1. Tap the “...” (three-dot menu) next to the user’s name.

  2. Select “Edit Assets.”

3. Add or remove access to specific social media accounts.

4. Changes are applied instantly, and the user’s access is updated in real time.
