Updating Your Email Address
At this time, you cannot update your email address directly through the Spikerz platform.
To request an email change, please contact Spikerz Support:

Include the following in your message:
Your current email address
The new email address you wish to use
A brief explanation (e.g., personal email change, switching company)
Our support team will verify your identity and process the change for you.
Updating Your Phone Number
Unlike email, updating your phone number can be done directly from the Spikerz dashboard.
How to Update:
Go to your My Account settings in the top-right menu
Enter your new phone number in the designated field
Tap the "Save" button
You will immediately receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS.
Enter the code into the confirmation box
Once verified, your phone number will be officially updated
Why Keeping Your Number Updated Matters
Your verified phone number allows Spikerz to:
Forward verification codes securely from your connected social accounts
Send alerts about suspicious logins or protection updates
Ensure you don’t lose access to accounts protected via Spikerz phone forwarding
